In the past week, we've upgraded (changed, at least) from our old DOS-based Impromed software to the Windows-based Infinity software.  The new software is so "powerful".  This means it is so complicated. All staff are a little ragged around the edges from dealing with the switch.  I long for my quill pen and parchment.
